We run your IT — so you can run your business.

Packetbound Networks runs it end to end — network, cloud, voice, SaaS, backups — and supports every person who works on it. From Bayside, New York.

Inside every great business, there's a machine that never sleeps.

The people behind the machine

Packetbound Networks is an IT engineering firm in Bayside, New York. Since 2007 we've designed, monitored, and maintained everything businesses run on — networks, servers, cloud, voice, and the software in between.

We're not a call center and we're not a reseller. When anyone on your team calls — owner or newest hire — they reach an engineer who knows your setup, because we documented it, we maintain it, and we're watching it right now.

Everything on this board is something we run in the real world. Pick a destination, or keep scrolling — the tour visits every one.

Managed IT, watched around the clock

Your business runs on more than a network — workstations, servers, cloud apps, the SaaS accounts nobody remembers signing up for, and the people using all of it at 4:55 on a Friday. We manage the whole stack, and we support every person on it.

Every engagement starts the same way: we audit what you have, fix what's fragile, and document all of it. Then we keep it that way — scheduled maintenance, verified backups, security hardening, and 24/7 automated monitoring, with an engineer on call when something needs a human.

The result is fewer surprises and higher productivity at a cost you can predict. That's the whole product: peace of mind, invoiced monthly.

Every plan includes

  • 24/7 monitoring of network and server health
  • Unlimited remote and phone support during business hours — for every person on your staff, not a named contact
  • On-site support when hands are needed
  • Regularly scheduled preventive maintenance
  • Complete, current documentation of your network
  • Your SaaS, managed — subscriptions, licenses, renewals, vendor escalations, and the on- and offboarding nobody remembers
  • Guidance, not just repairs — straight answers on purchases, planning, and where your stack should go next

Coverage levels

Four levels of coverage, sized to your network. Numbers come from an engineered quote, not a rate card — because your network isn't generic.

LEVEL 01 · ESSENTIAL
For the smallest teams — a handful of workstations, quarterly preventive maintenance, one on-site visit included.
LEVEL 02 · EXTENDED
Growing offices up to fifteen workstations — bi-monthly maintenance, one on-site visit included, priority scheduling.
LEVEL 03 · COMPREHENSIVE
Up to thirty workstations with servers in play — monthly maintenance, two on-site visits, tighter response targets.
LEVEL 04 · ENTERPRISE
Thirty-one seats and up, multi-site, or regulated — scoped and engineered to spec.

Private Client

Your home runs on more technology than most offices. It deserves the same engineering.

Packetbound Private Client is concierge technology management for households that value discretion, competence, and a single number to call.

The engineers who run corporate networks look after your home: the network, the devices, the backups — the things nobody thinks about until they fail. With us, they don't.

What we look after

  • Device care. Macs and PCs kept clean, current, and fast — quietly, on a schedule, before anything goes wrong.
  • Data protection. Automatic, verified backups of the irreplaceable — photographs, records, work that can't be redone.
  • Recovery. When something is lost, we get it back. Diagnosis first, always — you'll know the odds and the cost before you decide anything.
  • The home network. Coverage in every room, guests kept separate from family, and sensible boundaries for children's devices.
  • At your door or already there. House calls throughout New York, collection and return when workshop time is needed, and immediate remote assistance in between.

Engagements begin with a conversation, and pricing is quoted privately, per household.

Phone systems that work like software

Enterprise-grade telephony with the economics of VoIP — engineered, installed, and supported by the same team that runs your network.

Own it or host it. Run the PBX on your premises or let us host it — same features, different economics. We'll price both paths and tell you plainly which one fits.

Maintained for the life of the system. Automated updates, 24/7 monitoring, and configuration changes on a phone call — for as long as you run it.

Your number, anywhere. Take the desk phone home and it just works. Run a softphone on the laptop. Forward to a cell. Link satellite offices so inter-branch calls cost nothing — one business, however many buildings.

The machine learned to think. We'll teach it to work for you.

AI isn't magic, and we won't sell it as magic. It's computation — visible, measurable, accountable — and it's ready to take real work off your team's desk. We build AI systems the way we build networks: engineered, documented, monitored.

You've trusted us with your infrastructure for years. That's exactly who should introduce AI into it — someone who already knows where your data lives, what's sensitive, and who answers the phone when something breaks.

Four rungs, in order

  1. 01 · AI readiness audit. Before anyone writes a prompt, we map your workflows, your data, and your risk. You get a written report: what to automate first, what to leave alone, and what it should cost.
  2. 02 · Workflow automation. The unglamorous wins come first — intake, scheduling, document processing, data entry. Measured in hours returned to your team per week, and we show you the count.
  3. 03 · Custom agents and integrations. Purpose-built AI working inside the systems you already use — your inbox, your CRM, your phone system — with a human in the loop wherever the stakes say there should be one.
  4. 04 · AI security and governance. Usage policy, access controls, and audit trails sized for a small business. Your team gets the capability. Your data stays yours.

On this page, the Neural Core shows its work — every output traced back to an input. We hold our AI projects to the same standard: if we can't explain what it did and why, we don't ship it.

Questions, answered

Why isn't your pricing public?

Because your network isn't generic. Two thirty-person offices can need wildly different coverage, and a rate card would be wrong for both. Tell us what you run — the quote is engineered to it, itemized, and holds no surprises.

What areas do you serve?

We're headquartered in Bayside, New York, and support clients well beyond it. On-site service covers the New York metro area; managed services and remote support run wherever you are — plenty of our clients aren't in New York at all.

Do you support both Windows and Mac?

Yes — mixed environments are normal for us, across both business fleets and Private Client households.

How does remote support work?

During a call with our engineers, you download Splashtop SOS from our remote-support page and read us the nine-digit code on your screen. The session ends when you close the app, and we can never reconnect without a new code from you.

Can a business our size actually use AI?

That's exactly what the AI readiness audit answers. We map your workflows and data, then tell you in writing what's worth automating, what isn't, and what it should cost — before you commit to anything.
