packetbound

Privacy policy

Effective [launch date]. This policy covers packetbound.com, operated by Packetbound Networks, Bayside, New York.

The short version: we collect what you type into our contact form, standard traffic analytics, spam-filtering signals, and nothing else. We don't run ads, we don't use tracking cookies, and we never sell your information.

What we collect

The contact form. Name, email, and message, plus phone and company if you choose to give them. We use these to answer you and for no other purpose. Traffic analytics. We use privacy-focused, cookie-less analytics (Cloudflare) to see aggregate traffic — pages viewed, country, browser type. It doesn't identify you or follow you across the web. Spam protection. The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell humans from bots; Turnstile may process technical signals from your browser for that single purpose.

What we don't do

We don't sell or rent your information. We don't run advertising or advertising trackers. We don't set marketing cookies. We don't buy data about you from anyone.

Who handles the data with us

The site is served by Cloudflare, and contact-form messages are delivered to our inbox by an email delivery service. Both process data only as needed to do those jobs. If you become a client, your data is governed by your service agreement, which is stricter than this policy.

How long we keep it

Contact-form messages are kept as long as needed to handle your inquiry and for our ordinary business records. Ask us to delete your correspondence and we will, unless we're required to keep it.

Your choices

Email info@packetbound.com to ask what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We respond promptly, and always within the timeframes the law requires.

Changes to this policy

If we change how the site handles data, this page changes with it, with a new effective date. We won't quietly weaken it.
